Two parents, two teachers, the Foxboro principal, and a district office representative attended the National Association for Year Round Education conference the first part of February. We learned valuable information that will help us in our transition.
During the month of February, six information meetings, "Koffee Klatches" were held throughout the Foxboro community. The Koffee Klatch meetings were a great success. A big thank you to Beth Bradford, Laurie Vidt, Anna Rodgers, Anna Corral, and Catherine Podkin for opening their homes to Foxboro families. These meetings provided parents with information about year-round, the re-enrollment process, and the track selection process. Parents were able to have their questions answered about year-round at Foxboro. The questions and answers from each meeting are posted on this website.
Track Selection
Track selection ballots will be mailed home on March 3. If you do not receive your ballot by March 8, please contact the Foxboro office at 447-7883. Things to remember when filling out your ballots:

Students who currently attend Foxboro on an Intra-District Agreement will need to renew their IDA by April 17, 2000 to secure their position at Foxboro.
We realize that students who attend Foxboro on an Intra-School Agreement will not be able to provide Proof of Residence in the Foxboro boundaries. We are requiring a proof of residence in the Travis Unified School District at the time of registration.
Valid proof of residence include a current utility bill such as a PG & E bill or Residential Tax Bill. We will not accept phone bills, P.O. boxes, or driver’s license.
