Mrs. McMorrow's 2nd grade students were learning about
customs from around the world. As part of a project this past December,
students researched winter holiday customs from a variety of cultures.
Students read books, used websites, and songs learned in music to learn
about a particular custom. They then wrote out their research using a
storybook format and chose music from music class to support that
holiday. Their Research and musical selections were then put into a
PowerPoint slide show. Mrs. MrMorrow combined all of the shows into
one presentation to be played and viewed by parents and students
alike!
