School Site Council

Cambridge Elementary participates in the School Based Coordinated Program (SBCP). This is a State-supported program that provides funds for all students. The major elements of the SBCP include:

1. Evaluation and assessment of educational needs

2. Defined and measurable program objectives

3. Direct parental involvement in the instructional program and program evaluation

4. Staff development and training

The School Based Coordinated Plan is developed and monitored by the School Site Council, a group of staff and community members selected by their respective constituents. The monthly School Site Council meetings are open to all parents and friends of our school.
