Sounds of James Bond, Take 5, and the Sound of Music filled the air on Thursday, March 23, 2000. Mr. Tipton and his Vanden High School Jazz Band performed at Cambridge Elementary School for the 4th, 5th and 6th grade students. They played several enjoyable, familiar pieces that were easy to recognize. Many of the students, including some Cambridge graduates, performed solos that were well received.

Students that attend the Performing Arts Academy in 6th grade at Golden West Middle School will also have an opportunity to study under Mr. Tipton.
