On May 2nd, Cambridge students participated in the annual bus evacuation drill. For the drill, four buses parked in the parking lot and each class was assigned to get on one of the buses. Once the students were boarded, the Driver explained what should be done in an emergency. We learned where the exits from the bus were located and how they operated. We also learned where the first aid kit and the two-way radio were located.

After the emergency procedures were explained, the drivers instructed us on how to exit the bus safely. Each student had the opportunity to exit the bus by hopping out the emergency door with the assistance of other students.
