Dear Parents/Guardians, Teachers, and Staff,
Welcome to the Cambridge Elementary School Values Assessment! We are inviting our teachers, parents, and staff of Cambridge Elementary to participate in an important survey of the values that define and describe our culture here at Cambridge. It's important that we hear from as many of you as possible as we are interested in receiving your input as we strive to ensure that Cambridge is a values-driven, visionary organization. Upon completion of the survey, we will be meeting with you to share with you the results and to begin a process for addressing the opportunities and challenges we may face as a result of this process.
I have commissioned this survey to help us find an alignment between your personal
values, our current organizational values, and the values that you believe are
most important for the further development and enhancement of our school.
This assessment is anonymous, so please give us your honest input.
The survey takes about 15-20 minutes to complete.
Instructions:
1) The assessment is conducted online from any computer with Internet access.
If you do
not have computer or internet access, our school computer labs will be open
until 6:00
P.M. on Monday, October 3rd, Tuesday, October 4th, and Thursday, October 6th
so that you
may complete the survey. Please call 446-9494 to arrange other times to use
the
computer lab if these times do not work for you.

The username and the password must be entered in lower case.
The survey site is accessible 24/7 and will be open from October 1st through
October 14th.
