Cambridge Registration Information 2011-12

Pre-Registration for returning students:

Pre-Registration Forms go home Thursday, March 17

Due back by Friday, April 8

The school must receive a completed and signed pre-registration form; including proof of residency (PG&E, water, garbage, and cable bill) Internet bills are accepted if they have the address information listed. We do not accept phone bills for your returning student.

New Student Registration begins for grades 1-6 on Tuesday, March 15th

Hours: 9:00 – 11:00 and 1:00 – 3:00

Required documentation for new students:

v     Shot Record

v     Birth Certificate

v     Proof of Residency (PG&E, water, garbage, or cable bill) No Phone Bills

v     Internet bills are accepted if address is on the bill

Kindergarten Registration and Siblings of Current Students March 14 - 18, 2011

Kindergarten registration for the 2011 – 2012 school year will take place the week of March 14 from 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. at the main office. Children do not need to be present at the time of registration. You must live in the Cambridge boundaries to register at this time. New Kindergarteners must be 5 on or before December 2, 2011.

Note:

Families must reside in the Cambridge area in order to register. If you reside with another family, an Affidavit of Residency must be completed before registration. Please contact Shandra Kerwin at 437-8114
