Principal for the Day, Ms. Pamela Greaves and Cambridge Principal,
Mrs. Green-Ownby visit a Classroom
Cambridge Elementary was honored to have Ms. Pamela Greaves as our Principal for the Day, Wednesday, March 17, 2010. Ms. Greaves is Commission Chair of Parks and Recreation for Vacaville.
The Principal
for a Day Program, sponsored by the Solano county Office of Education, allows
business and community leaders a chance to become acquainted with the issues
facing schools and school administrators by placing them in the role of Principal,
thus giving participants a manager’s view of our schools today.
As "principal" of Cambridge, Ms. Greaves had the opportunity to interact
with our students, staff and community members in a variety of settings. She
walked the halls, visited classrooms, performed yard-duty supervision.
