Sixth Grade Science Camp at Walker Creek Ranch
April 27-30
Forty-three sixth graders attended Science Camp along with Mrs. Green-Ownby, the Principal. Students had a great time participating in the many nature-themed activities at Walker Creek Ranch. Some of the exciting activities were an all day hike to Walker Peak, the study of habitats and living things at Turtle Pond, a night hike, a Barn Boogie, animal care and composting, and team building through challenge activities. Everyone had a great time!
