Otto the Auto visited the kindergarten, first, second, and third grade classes on June 19, 2007. Otto with the help of his friend from AAA, talked to the children about safety. The children also received information from AAA about:
• Pedestrian safety - How to get to and from school safely including the safest places to walk, where to cross streets and cooperating with crossing guards.
• Safe places to play - Which places are dangerous to play in and how to find safe places to play.
• Look both ways - The proper procedure for crossing streets safely.
