Mrs. "M" Craig teaches origami at Cambridge
October 2005

Recently Mrs. "M" Craig made her third visit to Cambridge where she taught origami to students in Mr. Adams' class. Origami is the international art of paper folding. This art form helps build strong cognitive skills and has direct applications in math. During her last visit in July Mrs. Craig spent the day teaching all upper graders. She has agreed to teach primary students when she is in the area again. Mrs. Craig, who is the founder of the Tucson Origami Club, has provided lectures and team-building workshops to schools in Arizona, California, The Tucson Children's Museum, Canyon Ranch Resort, and the University of Arizona. Her origami artwork was recently on exhibit at the Arizona Sonora Desert Museum
