Mrs. Craig -Hands on Origami

Mr. Adam's sister, Mrs. Craig, from Tucson, Arizona, visited Ms. King's and Mr. K's third grade classes and taught a hands-on origami lesson. Each student was able to successfully fold a butterfly, a grasshopper, and a really great paper airplane!
The classes learned a bit about the history of origami, and how learning this art form can help us make friends and mentally exercise our brains and imaginations!
