Fourth-grader Jacob R. won 3rd place in the Solano County Library bookmark contest. A representative from the Solano County Library presented Jacob copies of his bookmark for him to share with his class. Jacob is the only winner to have won two years in a row.

Last year he won first place. Copies of all the winning bookmarks are available at the Vacaville Cultural Center library.
