Jacob wins Solano County Library Bookmark Contest

Cambridge third grade student , Jacob R., was the first place winner in the Solano County Library Bookmark contest.
On Monday, November 15th, Lani Clarke from the Solano County library, visited Cambridge school to present Jacob the first prize. Jacob won a gift certificate for Barnes and Noble, .a set of bookmarks with his winning design for his classmates, and he will be receiving a brass bookmark with his design etched on it.
As Ms. Clarke announced the winner, she opened the classroom door and Jacob's parent walked in! WHAT A SURPRISE!
