Eighth graders were recently asked, "What is the first thing you think of when you hear the word business?"
Their answers ranged from "Business suits", "Signing contracts", "Money", "Shaking hands", to "Tall buildings"

Junior Achievement’s programs help students truly understand the business community and how it works.

Cambridge Elementary needs volunteers
to help our students make the connection!

With your help, Junior Achievement can help students make the connection between what they are learning now
and how this learning will help them in their future.

Through diverse hands-on and age appropriate activities, you can help students better understand the relationship between what they learn in school and their futures.

As a volunteer, all materials, training, and support are provided by Junior Achievement to facilitate five lessons, 25-45 minutes long. The specific time of visit is arranged between teacher and classroom volunteer so there is flexibility to do this even over a lunch hour.

The Junior Achievement program at Cambridge will be for grades K - 6.

If you want to have a positive impact on the workforce of tomorrow and invest in our children then
You are the PERFECT volunteer for Junior Achievement!
All lessons come with materials and an easy to follow script.

Training will be January 23, from 2:15 to 3:00 p.m. at Cambridge Elementary
