Year Round Education Track Selection Packet
Dear Parents/Guardians,
The Year-Round Education Track Selection packet is being mailed
to you the week of March 19, 2001.
The package will include the following items:
* Cover Letter
* Year-Round Education Calendar
* Track Selection Ballot (one per student)
* Critical Check List
* Year-Round Education Brochure
It is very important that the ballot be properly filled out.
Failure to do so will result in the ballot(s) being returned to you. Completed ballots should be returned to the school's front office, preferably in person, starting Monday, April 2 through Friday, April 6, 2001 for first consideration.
The office hours are from 7:30 am - 4:30 pm.
If you have not received a packet by Wednesday, March 28, 2001
please come to the office to receive one.
