Cambridge students read over 1 million pages to compete in the Governor's Reading Award. We submitted a total of 1,178,830 pages. Schools from across the state compete to win the award. The top 800 schools will win $5,000. We will know in May if Cambridge won. Thanks to everyone who read, turned in reading logs, or helped tally pages. Special thanks to Carmen Ryan for all her record keeping. She kept a running total for each student at Cambridge. Thanks also go to Denise diGregorio and Kimberly Wright for keeping our bulletin board on the wall up to date. Stop by to see all the footprints on our Million Page March Through Books.
