
On May 24th, the Cambridge Band and Choir, under the direction of Ms. Reyburn, presented their Spring Concert. The Beginning Band played Frere Jacques, Mexican Jumping Beans and then played Stodola Pumpa under the direction of student conductor, Zach Eustaquio. Ryan Pakbaz then conducted Skip to My Lou. Then the band finished off with Kookaburra, Eagle Summit March and Bandroom Boogie.
The even more accomplished Cougar Band then played Onward March, Galactic Episode, Westwind Overture and Too Much Homework Blues
The Cougar Choir ended the concert with several selections
and dances to go along with them. They started out with Warm-up
in Gee, Sail Away and then Taysia, Brook and Reannon danced to
Pizza Love. Amanda, Kiely and Cierra danced to DeColores. A Song
for the Children was enriched by solos from Rheannon, Joelle,
Arielle and Kiely. Under the Sea added Michelle, Jeena, Arielle,
Jessenia and Amanda as dancers. The concert ended with black hats
and There's Just Something About a Song.
