Surrounded by a colorful display of student artwork and live music the Cambridge community enjoyed an evening of spaghetti, salad, garlic bread and lemonade. This annual PTA event was a terrific opportunity for the Cambridge community to meet at school, share a great meal, and view some of the artwork that the students have been creating.
As a special treat this year, the Northern California Conservatory under the direction of Mr. Rick Abbott delighted the audience with the harmonious voices of the children's Concert Choir. After the fine meal, students had the opportunity to point out their artistic efforts from the many art works displayed in the cafeteria. We would like to thank the following PTA members who made this event possible: Ms. Tina Conyers, Ms. Heidi Fuerbach, Ms. Debbie Lawson, Ms. Jana Royal, Ms. Penny Stokholm, Ms. Cathy Weaver, the Webber family and Ms. Gina Wood. Without their dedication and commitment this event would not have been the success that it was! At the same time , a heartfelt note of gratitude to Mr. Rick Abbott and his dedicated choir members for their terrific performance. Their participation made for a truly enjoyable evening.
Last but not least, thank you to all the parents, guardians,
relatives and friends who were able to join us for this event.
It is your participation that makes Cambridge Elementary a special
place.
